Shipping & Privacy

How discreet is the shipping packaging?

We guarantee 100% discretion. Your order will arrive in a plain, unbranded box or mailer with absolutely no YESYEA logos, product images, or indications of its contents on the outside. The return address will show a generic corporate name to protect your privacy.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your financial privacy is just as important as your physical privacy. The charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear under a subtle, generic corporate name (such as “YY E-Commerce”) with no mention of intimate wellness products.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for a faster experience.

Are YESYEA products safe for my body?

Absolutely. We exclusively use medical-grade, biocompatible liquid silicone that is 100% non-porous, hypoallergenic, and completely free of phthalates, BPA, and latex. Additionally, our devices undergo strict testing to meet international CE and RoHS safety standards.

Are the devices loud? I need something quiet.

Our products are engineered with advanced acoustic noise-reduction technology. The internal motors are enclosed in sound-dampening structures, ensuring a whisper-quiet experience so you can focus entirely on your wellness without distraction.

What type of lubricant should I use?

To preserve the velvety texture and integrity of the premium liquid silicone, you must only use water-based lubricants. Please strictly avoid silicone-based, oil-based, or petroleum-based lubricants (like Vaseline), as they will permanently damage and melt the material, which is not covered by our warranty.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. We do, however, accept returns for unopened items in their original, sealed factory packaging within 14 days of delivery.

What if my product arrives defective or stops working?

We stand behind our engineering with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty. If your device experiences a manufacturing defect or functional issue within 365 days of purchase, please email us at support@yesyea.com with a short video of the issue. Once verified, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost—there is no need to mail the defective item back to us.
