The YESYEA 1-Year Quality Guarantee

Every YESYEA device comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, including:

Internal motor malfunctions or unusual acoustic noise.
Battery and charging system failures.
Structural defects in the medical-grade silicone casing upon arrival.

What is NOT Covered:

Cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear over time.
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper storage.
Degradation of the silicone caused by the use of incompatible lubricants (e.g., silicone-based, oil-based, or petroleum-based products) or harsh chemical cleaners.
Damage caused by submerging non-waterproof models, or charging a device while the charging port is still wet.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you experience a functional issue within 365 days of purchase, we are here to make it right. Because of our strict hygiene protocols, you do not need to mail the defective, used product back to us. To claim your replacement:

Email us at support@yesyea.com with your Order Number.
Provide a brief description of the issue.
Attach a short video (under 15 seconds) clearly demonstrating the functional defect.
Once our technical team verifies the defect, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement device to you at no additional cost.

Essential Care & Maintenance

To preserve the velvety texture of your premium liquid silicone and extend the lifespan of your device’s internal engineering, please follow these essential care rituals:

1. Lubricant Compatibility

Only use high-quality water-based lubricants.
* NEVER use silicone-based lubricants, massage oils, Vaseline, or lotions. These substances will permanently degrade, melt, or dissolve the biocompatible liquid silicone surface, voiding your warranty.

2. Proper Cleaning

Wash your device thoroughly before and after every use.
Use warm water and a mild, unscented antibacterial soap. Alternatively, use a specialized premium toy cleaner.
Avoid boiling water, bleach, alcohol, or abrasive scrubbing pads.

3. Safe Charging & Storage

Ensure the magnetic or pin charging port is completely dry before connecting the power cable. Charging a wet device can cause short circuits and permanent electrical damage.
Use only the original charging cable provided in the box.
After cleaning, pat dry with a lint-free towel and allow it to air-dry completely. Store your device in the provided YESYEA dust bag, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme heat.
