  • Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened Products: For the safety of all our customers, we strictly cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any item whose hygiene seal has been broken or packaging has been opened, regardless of whether the product has been used.

1-Year Warranty & Defective Items

We stand behind our meticulous craftsmanship. If your product arrives damaged or presents a manufacturing defect, you are fully protected by our YESYEA 1-Year Warranty.

  • If you experience a functional issue within 365 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue and, if verified as a manufacturer defect, provide a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Do not send items back to our corporate address without prior authorization. To start a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • For warranty claims, please include a short video or photo demonstrating the defect.
  • Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
